With the ultimate goal of promoting the company's strategic target, Gold Mantis Business School comprehensive assists the middle-high level management staff in enhancing their career value. With the mission of building a Harvard Business School in China's construction and decoration industry, Gold Mantis Business School proactively undertakes three major roles (Business Partner, Talent Cultivator, and Cultural Inheritor), making continuous improvement and providing capable management personnel for the benefit of the company and the industry. In 2012, Gold Mantis Business School was rated as one of the "First Demonstration Corporate Universities", becoming the first company in the domestic architectural decoration industry to receive such a great honor. In August 2013, the construction of an exclusive teaching building of Gold Mantis Business School commenced. It covered 37 acres in Suzhou Dushu Lake Higher Education Town, with an investment of 120 million. Upon completion, Gold Mantis Business School will not only offer internal training to boost company's growth but also influence customers, supply chain and partners in a positive way to share knowledge, learn from each other, and achieve common prosperity.

Soochow University Gold Mantis School of Architecture
Soochow University Gold Mantis School of Architecture and Urban Environment is situated at the gorgeous Dushu Lake Campus of Soochow University. At the end of 2008, Soochow University and Gold Mantis co-established the Soochow University Gold Mantis School of Architecture and Urban Environment based on the original Soochow University School of Urban Environment (the public ownership of the school remained unchanged; it is still a public secondary school) to further higher education reform and explore the school-enterprise collaboration model. Currently, it offers five undergraduate programs, including architecture, architecture (interior design), city planning, landscape and gardening, one first-level discipline master program for landscape (engineering and agriculture), two second-level discipline master programs (agricultural insect and pest control), and two professional master programs in urban architectural design and theory, architectural art design), and enrolls PhD candidates in design.
